Return Policy:

We are now offering FREE RETURNS withing 14 days of delivery to you.

Please email hello@embreyavenue.com with your order # to get a return started. 

Please keep the following rules in mind when requesting a return:

  • We must receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. 
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  •  For returned items past the 14 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund given. 
  • We cannot accept any returns older than 30 days, you will need to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

How to start a return:

Please email hello@embreyavenue.com with your order number and items you are returning. If your request meets our Free Returns criteria we will email you a shipping label. *Please allow 24 hours for a reply

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? 
Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your return at our warehouse.
Do we offer return labels?
Yes, when you email hello@embreyavenue.com requesting a refund we will email you a shipping label. 

 

Exchanges
Due to limited stock, if you need to exchange your item for another size we suggest returning your item to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. You may then place an order for the desired size. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee our inventory. 

Defective Items:
We inspect all items before sending out, but in case of an issue please report defective merchandise within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable. 
  • All accessories
  • All hats
  • All jewelry
  • All intimates 
  • All sale items
